All the products I use are of the highest quality and I only use the best aromatherapy oils. A number of products used in the facials are organic. 

I would recommend massage for physical & stress related complaints such as back ache, sciatica etc.  Reflexology is good for pregnancy, reproductive & digestive disorders and Reiki/Crystal Therapy is excellent for stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression and lack of energy.
